Thieves dispicable

Americredit are scumbag thieves they lied about my payment then sent someone to reposess my car when I had been payed up according to their rep that I spoke to. Then when I had my attourney contact them about having filed for bankruptsy they immediately hired a lawyer to file against me to get the car back so they could sell it instead of receiving my small monthly payment.

I am starting a class action suit as of 3-20-09 so please contact me through this site so i can get your info to my attorney to proceed in this with this with me.

They are thieves and i will take them down!!! My attorney feels this is a very strong case as he has read alot of the statements on this site and wants to make them pay for the cowardess acts they have commited against good people.
