I feel behind in my auto loan payments and my car was repoed. The next day I went in and took care of the loan and picked up my car. When me and wife arrived at the place were they took our car, we noticed all of our property was gone. We contacted the loan place to find out about the company who they hired to repo the car all they told us is we are out of luck, take it up in small claims court. Me and my wife did a little digging ourselves and found out that the person that they hired to pick up our car has been convicted of theft and criminal damge to propery. This company never did a background check on these people and now they are saying they are not responsible.
