They have had my Sedona in the shop almost more than I have had it. The "Shop Foreman" is a joke and has yet to fix the car. The service manager just talks about the 5 master techs they have in the shop and how if they cant fix it nobody can. I guess they give the master certification out in cracker jacks box. I will be driving the extra miles to the new Athens Kia store just as soon as it opens... I guess we will see how many Master techs they have!
