Cae abandoned in a bad area and vandalized tampa florida

In October of my wife called AAA to have our vehicle towed to a mechanic to repair the vehicle. The part was purchased and placed in the trunk of the vehicle. The tow truck sent by AAA was a very rude and bothered driver and was given the location to where he was to take the vehicle. After some time the driver communicated with my wife that he could not find the location. She explained to him and later received a call by the tow truck driver telling her that he had found the location and was leaving the car.

The next morning the mechanic called my wife and asked her if she had sent the car because he had not received it. At that time my wife called AAA and was told that the tow truck driver had delivered the vehicle the night before. After a search the automobile was found abandoned in a very bad area and vandalized. There were still neighborhood people inside the car as it was left on a road way abandoned. The Police were called where the Police officer could not believe that AAA would have done this and put it in the Police report and went as far as giving her personal cell phone number in case anyone needed to verify what had been done by the tow truck driver. We reported it to AAA as the supervisor didn't want to hear it after an expected investigation to the matter by AAA.

A phone call was received and a voicemail was left that AAA had concluded that there was nothing wrong done by the tow truck company and that any vandalism is a police matter. They didn't investigate further than speaking with the tow truck company and took all of their lies in to fact. When I called the field representative I explained the location if the abandoned car and if he had looked at the police report and, or called the Police officer who offered her telephone number. He had not and said he would re investigate it and call us back.

I attempted to call them in March 09 and received the same runaround and no help at all. The tow truck company abandoned the car in a bad neighborhood were the car was vandalized and the parts stolen as every area of the car was opened and searched by the local thugs. AAA is doing nothing about it and has decided to take the words of the tow truck company and not a police officer who has offered in a report and given her telephone number.
