These people are a bunch of inept liars!

Let me start off by saying that I found my car online and although I do love the actual car I wish I had done some research about this dealer! For starters I was told I could only get the price of the car that was advertised if I financed through the dealership. I argued about it because I can easily get a loan from my credit union. What if I pay cash? Well, the price of the car goes up. I get it. This is how they make a few extra bucks in a shady manner. I still love the car and the price is still ok so I decide I'll suck it up for 6 months and have my credit union buy out the lease. I'm not happy about it but on a grand scale it's not going to kill me. So I'm told I can pick up the car on a Tuesday mid afternoon. It had some minor damage they were working on, but it will be ready. I take a day off from work. I wait... And wait... And wait. Ok, the call comes. Sorry it's not ready yet. You can pick it up at 6-6:30. I'm annoyed but still eager to get the car. I'm on my way and my cell phone rings. Sorry, you can't pick it up. It's locked in service. Now I'm mad. I just wasted my entire day waiting on these people and they didn't come through on their promise. So leading up to the actual picking up of the car was the negotiation night. Numbers were discussed and agreed upon with my sales liar and his lying manager. I get the paperwork and the contract is totally rewritten and the numbers changed. They lied, the finance manager lied, and now I'm steamed. The finance manager had the contract stapled and like a fool I had signed assuming the numbers were what we discussed. MY mistake and a bad one at that. I should have been more careful, but I know it's only for 6 months before it's bought out so I just lost a few dollars. Not happy about it but that's life. So I have to leave and they hand me the key. 1 key. No dupe, but a slip that says they owe me a dupe. Now I need to take more time out of my schedule to get a dupe made up at their service department. When I get home I notice there is no spare! Are these people inept? How do you let a car leave the lot without a spare? Now I need to go back to the dealer and get a spare. More time out of my schedule. Now I really dislike this dealership. MY sales guy now has told me that "I assure you we will rework the contract to the numbers we agreed upon". I make an appointment with the finance manager who tells me there's nothing we can do. Live with it for 6 months and have it bought out. I get it. They get their interest and hope I stop complaining. My sales liar now tells me that the finance lady is full of it. She tells me the sales guy is full of it. I think they are both full of it! Well I know I'm not winning this battle and go back to my suck it up theory for 6 months. Two weeks later I get a call. Ooops... We forgot to have you sign some DMV paperwork. They want me to come back in to sign. Now I'm very, very mad. More time out of my schedule? Are they kidding me? I tell the sales liar he should come to my house. He actually agrees but never follows through. No surprise there. I'm about to go in to sign todayso I can actually get the registration on time from DMV. Now I hate these people. They are a bunch of inept buffoons, liars, and bait &switch tacticians!!! I hope I can save a few people from wasting their time with this ridiculously unpleasant dealership!!!
