I requested a "fresh Beetle Keyless Remote on Dec 3. Did not obtain it until mid-January after numerous questions. It generally does not function despite pursuing all instructions etc. Today I get no reaction to my numerous emails requesting an upgraded or reimbursement. I'm really disappointed with this specific organization and sense I've been scammed.
