Didn't warn me about brake problems they knew existed before they leased the car to me

They leased me a brand knew car. Within one week the brakes started squeeking very loud. I called them and they said that saab was aware of the problem. THEN WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME BEFORE I GOT THE STINKIN' CAR???!!! On top of that now the car is giving me a "mobile stabilizer" problem. I've only had the car for 35 days now.
