I requested wheels and tires on 01/13/09. After waiting before 20th of january without any response in the company i chose to call. I had been told i had been not likely to get what i requested since they didnt believe that it'd be the best for my car. Subsequently i had been told that i wasnt charged however since i had a need to submit a copy of my identification. I'd to call 3 times having a total of near to one hour of hold period. I became upset and asked them to cancel the order and was informed okay its canceled. I expected for many king of verifycation and was told that may not be achieved. I inquired the rep if he was sure i'd not be billed and he said he couldnt guarantee something.in fear that i'd be charged i'd to cancel my check card. This is actually the worst expericence that i've ever had having a business and am not really sure if they're a genuine organization. I'm really really scared to order from the web today.
