Credit Card over charge

I charged gasoline on my bank card. I charged $20.00 and my whole found $11.00 plus some change. The cashier (Jon) stated that the remainder of my cash might return to my card. Lo and see it's been 14 days later and also the supervisor explained that I'd need to provide a bank record along with a bill to obtain my cash back. I'm atleast 30 kilometers from the gas station. I'll not return for 8 bucks. I simply feel just like we are able to be studied edge 0f therefore quickly by businesses. This isn't the very first time that something similar to it has occurred in my experience. Please be careful when using your cards!!!
