Rip-off Henderson

I received a phone call from TMO late one evening in october. The rep who contacted me spoke very poor english, so i asked her to mail me the information
the next thing i knew they subtracted $137 from my bank account. I immediately phoned them and spoke to a rep named RICHARD LEWIS who assured me i would get a refund;two weeks passed and instead of getting a refund TMO subtracted another $63 from my bank account
i called TMO again and a rep named JOSEPH JONES told me the refund was approved and i should receive the refund in a few days.

STILL NO REFUND; i phoned TMO every wek in november december and jan, feb& march; I WAS CONTINUALLY

Told the check would be in my handa shortly.

IN DESPERATION I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE attorney generals office OF THE STATE IF IOWA I ALSO HAVED FILED A REPORT WITH THE CITY ATTORNEY OF henderson, nv. Iam retired and have leukemia
