National Dealer Waranty
They offerd extended used car waranty and cancelation without any questions

I recieved a call on begining of 2009. And an automated massage worning asking to press 1 to activate my warant on a recently puchesed used car. One of the guys politefull ofered me an extende waranty for my car. I explained may financial situation and he said is no problem I can change my minde and I can call any time to cancel this waranty with out any problems, remaining to call back with a small detail regarding the car.

I fell for this deal on an extended warranty. After review of my financial situation a few days later, I really didn't have the $150 to sign up nor did I have the $80.96 per month for 2 years in my budget. I called on Feb. 17.09. To cancel, explaining the truth, I'm sorry but I do not have the money for this warranty. They preceded to argue with me and explain that they already had the money, how could I say that I didn't have it.

I then explained that I was sorry, but it was a mistake and I just wanted to cancel and get my money back. They then, put me on hold, finally, someone got back on the phone with me argued about why did I agree to the warranty, I had to explain again I was calling to cancel the waranty and I will not give them the remaining info.

Finally, they said that i have to send a letter for cancelation and they would refund my money in? Days. I asked for a fax number or e-mail where I could forward the letter for a faster cancelation. Watch they don't have a web site, fax nor e-mail, or they didn't want me to have it. I have never experienced such horrible customer service nor been treated so disrespectfull.

The funny thing is that I myself work with customer and therefore try to be very understanding of someone in their position. There was no excuse for their lack of professionalism, promising one thhing and selling another one.
