We received a special event letter to exchange our Chevy Impala for any new/used car in stock. This letter stated that they Promised our time would not be wasted. At the end of this whole charade I am about to explain they were unable to finance us. That I don't care about. I like the car we're in, but the lesser mileage lower payments would have been nice.

The problem I have is with the staff. From the front reception to Sergio G, to the Sales Managers Dave and Mike. We were strung along for two days. We were told they were waiting for the bank call-back. We were told they were waiting for a shipment of cars to come in that were "within our price range". Monday comes. I call and ask who can tell me the specifics of the cars. She transfers me to Mike who says he'll call me right back. An hour passes I call back and Mike says he gave the info to Sergio. Sergio then chews me out for "trying to deal with the mgr rather than him." OK fine. My wife calls back at 7 pm. He says that the info never came in.

Go to day 2, Tuesday. I call at 1 PM to talk to Sergio. The receptionist says he's with a customer and takes my info. Same story at 4:45. We call back yet again at 5:30, Sergio has just gone home for the day and never returned my call. I call and ask for a Manager to see what is going on and Dave tells me he will call Sergio and call me right back. This was at 6:03. My wife finally calls back at 7:15 and is transferred to Mike who says that Dave went home an hour prior. He says that he has no idea what's been said between Dave, Sergio or myself so we'd need to call back the next day. I call Sergio on his Cell Phone and he answers and tells me HE WAS OFF TODAY. He then says that he found out an hour prior that we were not approved. TWO days of being strung along by their company. I TOLD Sergio that I didn't CARE if we weren't approved. Why did he string us along? Why was I lied to for TWO days by their staff? This is the complete opposite of what the letter said that Ken Garff could do for us. They treated us like garbage for two days. I will make sure that anyone and everyone I can possibly tell do NOT do business with Ken Garff. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
