Jipped and made a fool by Compass Dodge

I was exhausted from trying to find a car for a reasonable price. I found Compass Dodge online and looked at cars ranging in price $6000 - $7000.

I found a picture of a nice looking Honda on the internet for $7000.

When I went to look at the car, it was all the way at the end of the lot in a corner with busted windows and other defects. Not for sale unless I wanted to take as is and make repairs.

The were no other vehicles in the $7000 range worth investing in. Tired of looking around, I raised my sights and picked a 2007 vehicle.

At first the Manager quoted a price of $12,000. I talked him down to $11,000 so I thought.

He typed up the paper work and the price of the vehicle had skyrocketed to a whopping $14,400 with tax.

I asked him why had the price escalated. His response was that the Finance company charge a $2500 fee to buy the loan. I had heard this from another used auto dealer but instead of it being $2500 it was a supposedly $5000 bank fee.

Out of desperation, I signed the papers and by the time I'd finished, the car was over $16,000. I was a fool.

When I finally got the nerve to look the papers over I realized there was nothing stating that the bank fee was $2500. Everything was rolled up in the price of the car—like the car was the amount on the lot.

When I called the finance company to ball them out about the $2500 fee, they assured me that they did not buy loans. That it was against the law and I was ripped off by Compass Dodge.

I'm not done with Compass Dodge. They will pay for brazenly jipping me and others. They have no courtesy or respect for people. All they want is your money, no matter how they get it.

Stay away from these CONS!
