Not honoring warranty

Purhase roadster 250cc oct with warranty. The scooter was just employed for significantly less than 3 mos, when all of the issues begin to happen. Poor electric issue, battery isn't getting, bicycle works abnormal pace. And worst the handle-bar smashed off while operating. I attempted to talk to the seller but wont return phone, remaining messages to various division but to no avail. Out-of disappointment i introduced it to some store and was billed nearly $300 for unwarrantied craftsmanship (no store want to consider the bicycle). Some assesment from store that i went were stating that bike is just a orange bicycle. Gas hand seals leaking, intake manifold is just a fixed product, odometer isn't working right. I've introduced this issue to Higher Business Institution and thus surprized they have grievances submitted much like mine. BUYERS BEWARE! If you should be still thinking about purchasing one be sure to request a container of anti-depressant tablets!!!
