Requested a rc airplane from trendtimes on 1/24/09 14 days later I named them up and requested to get a traking number. They might not discover any information on my purchase and stated that he'd seek advice from they factory and contact me. 24 hours later I acquired a mail in the common "samantha" the airplane was in stage 2 and might deliver in 4-5 times. She also included "have patience as this can be a interest iteam" nicely, who cares if it's or not. 8 nights later, no term no mail with no traking number. Shure hope I'd have appeared these folks up through the BBB first. My qu. Is how are companys permitted to continue such as this without any feeis?
