Letter written to To Aamco:

I had my 96 dodge worked on in june last year. (02) i paid 1896.43 for the complete overhaul of the trans. It has been in the shop (s) 3-4 times since and to me this is a GIANT inconvinance.

I think i should recieve some sort of compensation for the trouble, time and resources involved. I think in the future if you still want to be in business, you should include a FREE car rental while you are on working on the car. For the amount of $ involved, i should have went to a dealer and got a factory replacement with a LONGER warranty.

In my opinion, you people are nothing but crooks who take peoples hard earned $, and run just like the car salesman — after the sale who cares, there is another sucker in his spot
