Goodbye to $5,500.00

I bought a 1999 mini van form weeks in benton il. I spent a bit over $4000.00 on the van. I left for a vaction. I got to colorado. But i didn't get home. 1 hour into my trip home my van broke down. I called a tow truck and they towed me back to were i started from for $200.00. The macanic there looked at my van and said who ever sold this to you knew it was juck. He said the rods were falling apart and the motor was no good. He checked all the fluids and said they were fine.

So i call weeks ans explain to them that myself, my wife, and our 1yr old little boy were stuck 800 miles away and the van they sold us was blown up. They said "we can't do anything for you until you get the van back".

So i then rented a u-haul to get the van home. So $1'300.00 later we were back in Il. I call weeks and let them know that the van was back and asked if i could bring it to them. They then change there story and say "well there's nothing we can do for you. We called the lady who we got it from and she said it ran fine. So we can't take your word for it." So I guess they can take her word for it.

I'am now out a van which i needed to get my 5 kids around and out $5500.00 which to some my not be much but to me was alot and all i had. All i want is to get my $ back or a van that runs. I don't think thats to much to ask. Would you want to spend $5500.00 on 72 hours worth of driving? Weeks is a scam...
