Defective mattress

Has anyone ever tried to use thier warranty on a mattress purchased at sleepys? I purchased a very expensive one and within months it started to cave in. There first inspector said it was not bad enough to issue any claims. Now there are areas with 7in sagging holes and the new inspector said its bad however now we cant help you cause you now have a stain. This store does not warranty anything, they just find new reasons why they wont. I now have a 2300 hundred dollar mattress and i am sleeping on a blow up mattress which for now is more comfortable. So spare yourself all there bs and dont shop there.
