Ordered hr1 kit 7/31/08 $424.94 no product, no refund, no contact. I call everyday and email can not get through to any person, ripoff big time!

I puchased a hr1 kit on 7/31/08 after talking to ray for quite some time i felt comfortable that they were ligit. But i was very wrong. As now i have lost my money and i dont know what else i can do from here. If anyone else reads this report please beware!
