Gas pump shut off not working

Atleast (2) gasoline pumps at Sams membership in Tampa Fla the auto-shut down didn't function, gasoline on-ground & sneakers. No obvious safety precautions around push to include leak. No clerk in-office at gasoline area, he was employed in regional carwash. I eventually discovered him and informed him of the issue but he did not seem as if he would do something within the forseeable future. Attempted to obtain on Sams Club site to accomplish the study the have on check out recepit but that did not work. When my account ends I believe I'll make use of the cash to displace my "fuel soaked sneakers".
