This is a vehicle I bought over 8 years ago

Cars & Transport

I am Mark. And I bought a Ford Mini-Van. From this Creditor from Upstate, Ny. The Dealar was good and everything. No worries there. But right after we bought the mini-van. I was laid off from my job. And fell behind on payments really fast. I called and talked with them and they also called us.

They have thru the years called on a daily basis wherever we live or almost daily and sometimes have said they were someone else, them and the lawyers. Have both done the same. And trying to get us to pay on it.

Well I still dont have any money to pay for it. And with the way they are being disrupting our lives on a daily basis they just put a judgement against me on this vehicle and I still cannot give them any money. And now they have tottally messed up our credit even more. Now this thing will linger on my credit for another 7 years. That they have done this for 8 years as we speak.

So that is 15 years they messed up my credit report for 15 years for something that should have been 7 years. What is there problem. I am not paying them a dime as long as they call everyday. We get to where we do not pick up the phone for anyone with a 1-800 number or whatever. There needs to be a law on this. And they need to be brought to court and fined and closed down.
