Preditory, deceptive lending practice

I recently purchased a quad, and when my financial statement came i found they had financed my purchase through a 18.7% credit card. No mention of this was made prior to receiving my statement in the mail. When i ask about this i was told that i signed the paperwork and that was that. My question about how they could open a credit card in my name without my knowledge was answered the same. I signed something... I need help...
