I called to get a claim paid and was told that i needed to provide proof of oil changes for my vehicle and they were to have been done every 1500 miles or 2 months. But when i was sold the policy it was stated to me that every 3000 miles or 3 months. Now they are refusing to pay the claim for my transmission and wont cancel my policy. I asked for a refund and was told that they will not refund any money already paid nor will they cancel my services even though i cannot use it. This is a rip off DO NOT BUY any of their services.
