Our area school joining child was in a fender bender in her vehicle (authorized in my experience) and that I believed we were covered. Because of some technicality that I am still attempting to determine, Allstate claims that people weren't coated about the day of her incident. USAA delivered me a statement for that $8,000 they stated they settled for their customer (to get a damaged head-light?), followed the following week-by harassing calls from their selection broker, Jane Tomio at Insurex Inc. Jane confronted when I-donot spend the whole $8,000 my very own vehicle permit and enrollment is likely to be suspended, wages garnished, etc. She provided no choice to get a cost strategy, and did not care that I am attractive Allstate's choice. Our criticism is against Allstate (I've been a person for 33 years but cannot state that "Iam in great fingers"); USAA as well as their collection company Insurex, and from the insurance business in general. Why do we spend additional for uninsured/underinsured driver on our insurance premium when they subsequently change and gather/harrass/jeopardize anyone who they are able to for almost any quantity they have needed to shell out? Meanwhile, the previous boss of Allstate (who's currently boss of AIG) was compensated $17 thousand annually!
