Oil change from Pepboys cost $5,485

I brought my 2007 Mazda in for an oil change on Nov. 15. Four hours later my car died on the turnpike. We towed it to Pepboys. When we came home there was a great deal of oil in our garage. Where our car usually stood.

We had it then towed it to the dealer on Mon. The dealer stated it was the oil change, or lack of oil, that caused our engine to seize. We had to replace the engine on a car that had 20,000 miles. Pep boys refuses to acknowledge fault. We are going to try to file a garage keepers liability claim.
