Spradley Barr Ford Service Dept.incompetant ripoff cheaters

Recently I went to Spradley Barr Ford for a simple oil change. Forty five minutes later the oil change was finished but they had to keep my car because it was unsafe to drive and I could pick it up in four days. They also said when I pick up the car I would owe them $1500.00.

Not being the stupid person they obviously thought I was I told them to "give me my car now!" I took the car to my regular mechanic, he said not only was the car in perfect condition other than 1 minor $300.00 problem they did not complete a basic oil change.

I have come to a conclusion. Either the mechanics have no idea what they are talking about or they are cheating thieves.
