Deal they made was never fulfilled

They all are liars, from the salesperson, to the sales manager to the financing person. I made a deal with them and they did not follow thru with their promises. Even their shop presented the new vehicle with 5 major problems.

Their managers do nothing. They do not deserve to have any business. The salesman is a liar and never followed thru with his promises. I will never enter their premises again and feel they all belong in a GM type atmoshpere where you expect the lies and shoddy work.
