Fraudulent charges

I have been trying to have fraudulent charges removed from my credit card account for the past several months in the amounts of $79.99 and $69.99. I was charged for something called a "frequent shopper club membership" by ThirdFree.com who is part of classiccloseouts.com. First of all, I only made one purchase with them and that was in so how can I be called a "frequent shopper, " secondly, I DID NOT make the said purchase. My credit card company had removed the charges, but then put them back on when they received a letter from ThirdFree.com stating that I made the purchase, although ThirdFree.com did not have a transaction number, a date, or even my email address included in that letter. These are bogus charges and I refuse to be responsible for them. I see that there are many other victims of this scam, and with any luck, together we can all shut them down for good.
