Rmg auto could have killed my whole family

In January, I took my vehicle to RMG Auto for a brake job. They charged me for pads and a caliper. On December 29, I informed my husband that I was getting some vibration in the front end and was having some difficulty with the brakes. My husband and cousin looked at the brakes and it was found that this company welded a bead into the caliper to hold it together, which is illegal and this is what was causing my problem. We took the vehicle back to them on December 31 and explained the problem to "Tony" who acted as though he could care less about what we were saying. He said there was no way they could even look at the vehicle that day but to bring it back two days later. I expressed the potential danger of driving the vehicle and he asked "What do you want me to do?"

I explained that I wanted him to honor the word of this business and he brushed me off. Even more ironic, as we were standing there, another gentleman came in very upset about an expensive job that he had done and was still leaking transmission fluid amongst other things. The employee, "Tony", treated him so poorly and walked away from him like he was invisible. When another employee stepped in, the gentleman explained what was happening, and this guy actullay said "and?" as if he could care less. Then because the guy slammed his hand on the counter, they called the police on him and stated to the police that he had a weapon. This was so far from the truth that you write a fairytale about it.

It is apparent that they have no intention of standing behind there work or alleged warranties and that they will "duct tape" their repairs to make you think that you have a quality job.

RMG AUTO SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. They have no respect for their customers. All they want is their customers money and then they could care less there after. Anyone reading this report, do yourself a favor and save yourself some trouble. Beware and stay away from this rip-off repair shop. They are not even registered with the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had checked that out first and then maybe I would not be going through this nightmare.
