Ford Town Of Albany Georgia will not honor my mother warnty on car, she died last yea

My mother died May 30 th 2007. She had bought a 2005 ford focus from Ford town. She always done buisness with them for over 30 years. When she bought the new focus, she gave them her old car, which was a 1992 ford tours, 64 thousand miles on it. They gave her a thousand dollars on trade in. When mom died she had insurance on the new car that if she died, it would be payed off. And it was. 15 thousand dollars... The thing is, i am in charge of her estate, when she bought the focus, it had 13 hundred miles on it. The warnty was 36 thousand miles or 3 years. Which ever came first. Well, the thing is falling apart, has 24 thousand mile on it, and they tell me he warrnty is no good. I dont wont another car, this one means alot to me, it was my moms. All i wont is them to fix it.
