Messing with my Credit

I purchased a new 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 from Jeff D'Ambrosio Dodge in Downingtown. As part of this, I ended my current lease which was due to expire in 3 months. They were supposed to pay off the remaining amount of the lease.

I began to receive calls from Chrysler Financial seeking payment for the remaining balance. I immediately contacted a supervisor at D'Ambrosio. He ensured me this would be taken care of and didn't understand why it hadn't already. I did not hear back from him. I then received a letter in the mail stating that if this wasn't taken care of shortly it would be sent to a creditor. I again called this supervisor up and he was again suprised it had not been taken care of. He again stated it would be taken care of. Low and behold, it wasn't.

My next step was a letter which ended up on the desk of the GM. I received the same promises and guarantees from him that this would be resoloved. Well, it wasn't. Now my balance is with a creditor and I am running out of options as even the GM is not returning my calls.

In addition to this, I was promised a response back from the GM in regards to another issue that I have. Neither issue has been resolved.
