Why am i being seduced/propositioned when buying a car?

I went to mr joe wilson at lynchburg import to purchase a used car, the entire time i was there, this joe wilson the owner i found out was offering me drinks and looking at my body. I was simply driving through the lot looking at used car selection when he appeared out of nowhere and we proceeded to go inside the office to complete paperwork, the entire time i got a creepy feeling about this person. He later proceeded to ask me "you got a man?" "why do you not like men?" "say it ain't so", etc. I felt as if i were being undressed by mr wilson with my clothing on... Creepy... I would not advise any women to go to this place...
He kept offering special payment arrangements & "we can work something out" regarding the excess left after my proposed down payment... Ladies! Warning!
