Unauthorized billing

I received a statement for $51.95 simply because they stated I'dnot settled a cost of $1.95 6 months earlier. I came across the backup of the check I'd shipped in along with a month later I acquired another statement. They declare the fifty bucks is just a fee for not spending. They appear to have many debt collectors plus they allow it to be complicated.
