On Nov 11, I ordered a product from Garage Door Supply company, I received a confirmation notice that my order had been received. I saw that on Nov 20th, my echeck had been cleared by Ricardo Aquino, supposed Vice President of Garage Door Supply. After two attempts using thier online system, Cynthia Koslosky (President) called and left a message that stated she saw the order but no payment. I sent back all the info concerning the payment and have not received any contact since. The phone number that came-up on my cell phone is never answered.
