No parts/no refund received

Place my order on 10/25/08, my bank/CC posted transaction on 10/30/08. Called vendor on 11/12/08 regarding part/shipping status, was told no part in stock. I was not notify of part not in stock or timeline when I should expect part. Since it's a fuel pump, vehicle can not run without a working pump. I decided to purchase one locally, and requested to cancel order.

Another week went by, no credit to my bank/CC company. I called again 11/17,111/19,11/21 and so on... 12/19/08 and still no refund. There were atleast 30 phone calls, about 3 out of 4 were no answers and no voicemail option. There is no way to run a business like this...
