Everytime i contact GEMB I am placed on store to get a excessively lengthy time period. I named to spend my spouse's consideration (he is positioned in Iraq) they informed me they cannot examine his bill with me. I requested to talk to a boss, was placed on store for 15-20 mins after which the telephone hungup. The statement arrives today 12/16 and that I have now been trying to obtain touching them for around 2 wks - but still seeking!!! They're rude with unprofessional conduct!!! When the statement is not compensated by 4:00 EST they'll cost a late charge of $39.00. GET AMOUNT! What's incorrect with this government when it enables businesses to carry on theft in our time bottomed out economy?
