Bait and switch - Installed cheaper than agreed upon tires

I had a blow out near this shop, so I had them replace the flat and the other rear tire. The manager told me they were putting on the same tires that the car came with (except with a different tread pattern... Should've been my first clue the place was shady). They called the tires Potenzas, they quoted me Potenzas prices, then they installed Daytonas (cheaper tire, not rated for the same speed). The tires were overpriced for Potenzas, and a complete rip off for Daytonas.

To make it worse, I purchased the roadside hazard on the tires thinking they were the more expensive tire. I didn't check the tires after they were installed because I was already late for work, and didn't realize their mistake until one of the replaced tires blew out. They were suprised and shocked (practically calling me a liar) that I thought I had purchased different tires. They could not honor the warranty even on the cheap tires because their desk help can't use their computer system.incompetent in every way possible.

Their air compressor was also broken down, so they couldn't even fix the problem. This place is as shady as they come. Don't shop her, don't stop here, AVOID at all costs (its worth the extra money to get towed to a reputable location).
