My daughter was locked out of her car and called a locksmith. She asked for a quote prior to the work being done. They did not give a quote. They showed up (late) and said it would be $125 cash, which is high for the service, but I agreed. They actually charged $180 on my credit card.
I have called the office 7 times and left messages for the manager. They have said he would call me back but he hasn't.
