Phil Lond Ford ripoff stold personal items ripoff thieves mistreated and ripped off

On 02/05/03 I went and looked at a 1999 Ford F-350. I liked the truck and looked it over to make sure that the body was in good condition. On 2/7/03 my husband went with me to look over the truck and do a test drive. Everything was looking good. The truck was parked in a area where you could not get over to the right side. A feew days later when I washed the truck I noticed a big lond dent on the bottom right side. When I called Phil Long and talked to them Todd Hillabo one of the top mangers they said it was to late and I did the damage and that was that. This made me very upset and to blam me.

On 02/14/03 I dropped off the truck into their service dept. To get the steering fix and a leak in the rear window on 02/15/03 I picked up my truck and noticed that someone stolden 2 pairs of Oakley's sunglasses, 13 CD's with case, a make up kit and $5.00 in change a total of $478.90 not including tax. And what did they say (Zan service Manger), their is not much we can do you need to turn it in to your insurance! So my rates will go up beasuse of the people they hire. I did file a police report on 02/17/03.

Never again will I buy from Phil Lond Ford!
