Exaco Xpress Lube And Brakes The Manager, low down

I brought some parts from the manager, but no receipt was given. I did not use the parts right away, but a few months later. The parts were not the right fit for my vehicle, so i called him back. He made arragements to pay me my money back, but kept avoiding my calls. I called corporate office and they were of no help. Why would i make this story up to them??? Either the parts were something he was not suppose to have or this company is crooked all together and in on it.
