I have a car loan and am being ripped off they have put my car in for repo several occassions they tell me i owe one thing then i receive huge bill in mail pay that and the cycle goes on then find out not paying enough repo companies are breaking in my car vandalizing it and steal documents from my home regarding letters i faxed in dispute and receipts. Reps taunt me and lie and then my car window gets broken out when i complain and my seats in my car slashed when i pay what they tell me its like dealing with the MOB. The car is not worth what i am paying even if i pay off early i still owe for full loan and they take most of my money for interest and none for principal. Will i ever pay off this loan. No. My loan was pre-calculated with their high interest rate and then they tell me I have a simple interest loan which will add even more interest on that which i agreed to pay. They are a rip off company and they are rude, lie, state computer problems, state they are trying to improve services and they steal and scream at you and curse and hang up on you, etc. Very unprofessional and do not respond to your correspondence and say they don't have to because they have the upper hand they are loan sharks!!!
