On 12/22 i ordered a set of headlights for my dodge. My card was charged on 12/24. On 1/3 i called this company and was told the lights were on backorder so i just cancelled the order and was told i would receive a credit on my credit card. I did not receive the credit so i called the company several times more. I got a different reply every time ranging from, the lights are in the mail to we still dont have the lights in stock'. I requested a tracking number so i could track the mailed package but that turned out to be a false tracking number. I also got a few hangups from them to. To date i still dont have a credit and no parts.

I have filed a report with the better business bureau and have a suit pending with the courts, and have filed a report with IFCC. IFCC is a division of the FBI that investigates internet fraud only.

The amount of my order for the headlights 109.88.

Anyone that has a problem with this company or any other internet company can file a complaint using this address
