Overpriced... Customer Service that is a joke... Lost a part to my car will not replace. Banned me from the Dealership because of our Attitude

I had to have my car towed in because it would not start... Well right off the bat I was charged 98.00 for a diagnostic fee for them just to figure out what was wrong... Then they tell me the computer chip in my key had went out and that is what scrambled my whole computer system in my car... Which I had never heard of before...

Next they wanted to charge me $120.00 to put a new battery in because it completely caused my battery to die... Of course I declined the battery because we can get one at Walmart for $72.00 and my husband can put it in 5 minutes...

Then when I go to pick my car my backing to my passenger side mirror was gone... Nobody had a clue where it was... So My husband & I went back up on Saturday to talk to someone in charge... He was an a total a*hole he got in my car and backed up spun my tires...
Well when that happened my husband went off so the manager pulled my car back and got out and said I am not helping you... Then called the police on us... What the hell!!! The police officer told us just don't give them your business... We said we are not...
They had already promised to get me a new backing to my mirror..

Then I called on Monday to check to see if it was ready for me to pick up... The Service Director "Mark"... Said they had a manager's meeting about us and it was decided that they are not going to be getting me my mirror backing... THAT THEY HAD LOST IN THE FIRST PLACE
IT WAS ON MY CAR WHEN THEY GOT MY CAR

1 person was nice at the dealership and she was new I feel sorry for her... She should have thought about that twice... Before she decided to take a job at MICHAEL JORDAN NISSAN IN DURHAM, NC
