Refusal of Payment

We ran into bad times and had to get rid of a lot of our things we could no longer afford. We had purchased an item with HSBC Retail. We fell behind 3 months. We called up HSBC and told them to come get the item they refused to get the item and also refused any payment, they wanted the whole loan amount paid in full. We told them if you don't want the item we are selling it. We sold the item kept the cash. 8 months down the road they are now threating us with a felony and want to press charges. They are sending around a priviate investigator. We now have hired an attorney to get this resolved. Everyone at HSBC is very nasty and threating. Very bad company.
