To whoever taking car for service to the dealership King Lincoln Mercury located at 953 N. Frederik Ave. Gaithersburg, MD 20879 - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!

What happened to me today is completely stupid. I took my Lincoln navigator in the early morning on Saturday Nov. 15 asking their service department to install new Pirelly tires that I bought online, change oil and look at the noise in the back my car is making when turning air on. No phone calls to me regarding my car during the day. I went back to that car dealership at 3:30PM just to find out that they were not able to install my tires due to the fact that they were not able to mount it and that nobody even bothered to look at the noise in the back. What really made me angry is that INSTEAD OF AT LEAST OFFERING ME SOME KIND OF SOLUTION OR FREE OIL CHANGE (I WASTED MY ENTIRE DAY) SERVICE CONSULTANT BY THE NAME RYAN MORAN CHARGED ME FOR TRYING TO MOUNT THE TIRE AND GOT IN TO THE ARGUMENT WITH ME WHEN I SAID THAT I WILL NOT PAY for mounting tire work that was not even installed, justifying it that they spent 2 hours trying!!! This is the most ridiculous thing i ever heard!!! I WASTED MY ONLY DAY WHEN I CAN TAKE CARE OF IT AND THAT IS WHAT KIND OF SERVICE I GOT??? To all people who tacking their car to service at this Gaithersburg Maryland King Lincoln dealership at 953 North Frederik Ave in Gathersburg MD - DO NOT. Take it somewhere else!!! They will rip you off just like they ripped me off and this is not the first incident that i have with them!!!
