Company Is very rude and harassing

We had purchased a 2004 Mustang in May. We have never missed a payment in fact paying every mlonth by Money Gram on time. Even while I was off work for 4 mths we still managed by letting our mortgage get behind. Well I called and informed CPS that we could no longer afford the car and want to surrender it voluntarily. Now they say that is not an option, they threaten to garnish our wages, and are now making harassing phones calls several times a day to family and friends. Luckily they do not have my work number. We have told CPS let us know a day and time and we will have the car ready with both sets of keys, as it is stored in garage being winter.

This company will not stop and will not take the car. They have and are doing this to most all others, and something needs to be done to stop this copmpany. I agree when someone said they are loan sharks, either that or with the Mafia. I have never in my life dealt with a comapny like this and will be locating an attorney come Monday for legal help.
