I am a current customer of CNAC and they treat their customers like crap. It has been a year since I purchased my vehicle. I had missed one of my bi-weekly payments and asked if I could send it in with the next bi-weekly payment. The employee, ERIC was very rude and made threats to repo my vehicle, without sending any notification of my account being in collections which it is not.
When I signed my loan agreement I was told if I run into any problems where i cannot make a payment on time I was to call and let CNAC know about my situation. Eric has been very rude and lied about my payment history to me. What kind of company constantly harrass their customers and call every hour for a payment? Especially, when you advise them of when you will be able to pay them. I always contact CNAC if I run into any problems making a payment, which I rarely have a problem with.
I would not refer another family member or friend to this company to purchase a vehicle. The referral bonus is not worth the stress and harrassment.
