This place is in trouble with the law again. Several reports have been filed with the Berlin PD. My wife and I went here a couple of years ago. She wanted a GEO tracker they had advertised. We got there and they proceeded to switch the price on us. When I questioned this the "salesman" became confrontational. We said we were leaving so he switches his tactics. He brings a "manager" over. The manager then proceeds to insult my wife and I. This time my wife and I get up to walk out. The salesman and the manager start to follow us out looking for a fight! At no time did my wife or act in any way unprofessional. I am an insurance adjuster and she is an admin assistant. I'm also a pretty big guy. It took my wife calming me down and getting me out of there to avoid what could have been an ugly situation for them. They have already settled out of court with the state over another unfair business practice suit. Do yourself a favor and do not go here.
