Took payment on paypal and never sent my product

On September 30th I was surfing the web for chrome cleaner/polish for my motorcycle when I found Miracle Applications. They had paypal so I figured they were legitimate. I ordered product and on the next day it hit my credit card. Six weeks later I'm emailing and getting no reply. I'm calling and getting answering services and voicemail. I was scammed.
