Lost payment twice and cannot locate neither one

I refinanced financing with another lender plus they delivered the benefit to HSBC on July 21st 2008. They published somebody elses cost on my bill having a completely different quantity and various client. They couldnt actually determine the quantities and client labels were various till I'd to consult with a boss and stage that out for them. The boss led me to contact my lender and place an end cost about the consideration and reissue a checkout. I did so that, taken care of the end cost and delivered a check overnight for their handle on Nov2nd. I named them-and they stated it requires a couple of days to analyze the consideration and somebody might contact me back. Noone called me, I went and offered them the check quantity, the following number from advantages as well as the individuals brand who closed for this. They still couldnt get the check. I'm still within the same scenario plus they still havent found the check. What must I do? Even when they discover the check, Im not likely to spend 3 months of curiosity. Can somebody please recommend me how to proceed?
